I am a PhD student of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Orissa. I have just started my work in the histopathological image processing. I need some help from all in this group as you all are expert in the area of histopathology. The objective of my research will be to automate the cancer detection process from histopathological slides or images(Semiautomated). I need some help regarding clinical details and some other aspects. Our job will be to build the image analysis software which can provide a supplement to histopathologists like you to compare your subjective results with objective results(numerical results). I know Technicians/pathologists/doctors are overloaded but still I think if you can give me some time it will be a worth for the future for cancer diagonosis.
Please kindly reply so that I can tell the other aspects of the research. Our institute will be glad if any one is interested to collabarate for joint research.
